By completing initial payment, (“Client”) agrees to retain Red Lilly Strategies, trading as Red Lilly Web Agency (“Service Provider”) to provide web design services, and agree to the terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement.
Business Websites / Digital Days
During the project, the Service Provider agrees to devote up to 7 hours on web design tasks, as well as a 30 minute kick off call, 1 hour strategy call, 30 minute handover call, 1 hour for post “fix” support and 14 days of post email support.
The Service Provider will provide recommendations to achieve the desired outcome of the client, however tasks, priority and scheduling will ultimately be at the discretion of Client. Work will normally occur between the hours of 9am – 5pm AEST for the scheduled project day.
During the 14 days of post project support, the Client will be able to email the Service Provider with any questions or concerns about the work that was performed during the intensive, and will receive a reply via email, message or video tutorials.
Post project support does not cover additional design or website work that exceeds what was done during the project day. If the Client has additional work that needs to be performed, Client will have the option to book another full or a half digital day.
Work will be performed at the offices of Service Provider, but occasionally may take place at other locations, as required.
Payment for a project day will be to Service Provider at the rate of $1,000. The Client may choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking, or alternatively pay a 50% deposit, and pay the balance within 3 days of the project date.
Any expenses exclusive of normal overhead are not included in this agreement and will be billed separately. Examples of such expenses are: domain registration, hosting, stock images, premium font licenses, and 3rd party application services.
Design services in addition to the intensive will be made available by Service Provider at the current daily or half-date rate, and will be billed separately.
The results of any and all work performed by Service Provider for Client, including original creative work, will remain the property of the Client. Client may use this material in any way deemed appropriate.
Client understands that any written statements, images, audio recordings or video recordings of Client while participating in the project and made on behalf of the Service Provider may be used in connection with publicising and promoting the Service Provider. The Client authorises the Service Provider to use their name, brief biographical information, and the written or recorded statements.
Cancelling & Rescheduling
Should the Client decide they want to cancel the project for any reason, the Client can do so at no cost up to 3 weeks prior to the project’s scheduled date.
If the Client needs to cancel after this, there are no refunds (except in exceptional circumstances at the Service Provider’s discretion), but the Client may still reschedule, or transfer the deposit to another service.
Should the Client need to reschedule the date of the project for any reason at all, the Client must advise the Service Provider with written notice at least 14 days prior to the project date.
If the Client needs to reschedule within the 14 day period, then a fee of 20% will apply. This will need to be paid before securing a new project date.
The Client’s deposit is valid for 90 days, and must be used within that timeframe. In the event the project fails to occur within 90 days of the original booking date, or the Client fails to request a new date at least 3 days prior to their project date, the deposit will be forfeited and the project will be terminated.
If the Client wishes to reschedule beyond 90 days, the original deposit may, at the Service Providers discretion, be applied to a new booking at the current intensive rate, which may or may not be higher than the original booking rate.
