Complete the prep work using our detailed client workbook to get all the required details needed to ensure your day is a roaring success.

Kick Off & Strategy Calls

A kick off call to run through all the things you need to complete prior to your VIP day, plus a strategy call 3-5 days prior to review your prep work.

Digital VIP Day

The special event where I solely focus on you and your business and make the magic happen. You make sure you are available to answer questions and sign off on key decisions throughout the process.

Post Support

Finish up with 14 days for revisions and minor updates to make sure you are super happy and jumping with joy to share your website with everyone you know.

The more prepared you are by completing the prep work and the faster you can make decisions on the day, the more we can achieve during our designated time together. Please keep this in mind when you choose your date. My estimates are realistic and achievable, but please note that I don’t promise deliverables as every person and business is different.

This package is perfect for entrepreneurs and small business owners who are looking for a new basic website build or a refresh of an existing website. 

Yes. I have built sites using many different platforms and find WordPress to be the most flexible for the needs of a growing business.

You’ll need to be available via Messenger Chat during the eight hours we have scheduled together. This is important to being able to get feedback and make decisions to keep the project moving quickly during this time. 

Yes, absolutely! If you have already worked with a brand designer I can design and create your new website using your brand guidelines.

Or if you already have a logo, I can expand your brand identity with a colour palette and typography.

Yes, I offer simple typographic logos along with colour palettes, typographic systems, and a brand summary. So you can have visual consistency across all your touch points (ie. website, social media, print collateral etc.).

This package is for what I sometimes refer to as a Phase 1 build. I’m creating a digital foundation for you.  This includes up to 5 pages (not including the legal pages).  These usually consist of Home, About, Services, Contact, Blog, or similar types of pages. The pages must follow the same design format. 

Sometimes one phase is all you need but, in the event you are ready to grow your site, I offer those as additional services to our clients.

Yes.  There are annual costs associated with your website as well as optional services, if needed. 

Domain Name: You will need to purchase your domain name prior to the VIP Intensive Day. The cost is approximately $20 / year depending on what registrar you choose.

Hosting: All WordPress websites need to be hosted. You can select your own provider if you wish too. If you don’t have hosting, I will set up up with my preferred premium Australian based hosting provider. The annual cost is $240 / year.

Unfortunately, there are no refunds for any reason. You can reschedule your VIP day up to 7 days prior to your selected date. From the date of when you made the initial booking, you must complete your VIP day within a 90 day period, including any reschedules.

These conditions are in place because my schedule is so limited, reserving the VIP Day means I’m not able to fill that spot with someone else due to the lead time needed to collect content and prepare for our day.
