Prepaid time blocks are provided as an option to clients who are signed up to a website maintenance or hosting plan.
Time blocks can be used for additional website maintenance and dev support tasks to make updates and changes to your website to keep it running smoothly.
Time blocks are suitable for those that require minor changes to be made to their website at irregular periods.
Services Provided:
Prepaid time blocks cover general website maintenance, development work and support services, which include (but not limited to) the following types of tasks:
- Adding new pages/posts
- Editing existing pages/posts
- Making modifications to scripts, themes, plugins, extensions and databases.
- Providing general website support, which allows you to obtain direct email and phone support for your website and related services.
Any requested tasks will be counted in 15 minute increments. If you have a specific task that requires some concentrated effort, you can purchase a 5 hour time block and receive a small discount.
If the work requested is expected to exceed 2 hours, we will notify you before proceeding. If the work requested exceeds the total available prepaid time block, you will be required to prepay additional time blocks before any further work commences.
Monthly Dev Tasks
If you have ongoing small tasks that need to be completed, you can choose to sign up for a monthly subscription and receive a small discount. The remaining time rolls over each month. If more than 5 hours is rolled over, we will suggest pausing the subscription for you.
Expiry Of Prepaid Time Blocks
There is a 6 month expiry on prepaid time blocks. Although we won’t just cancel your purchases, we need to ensure our prices continue to cover the associated costs as time goes by.
After 6 months from purchase date, we reserve the right to adjust the remaining prepaid hours to reflect the current pricing. You will have the option to either receive slightly less hours for what you have already paid, or you can pay the difference to match the current pricing to receive the same number of hours.
Not Included
Time blocks do not cover marketing, consulting, travel, 3rd party product purchases and/or software purchase of any kind. Prepaid time blocks are designed for website maintenance and/or general labour only. Strategic services are not included.
