This package is perfect for small business owners and entrepreneurs who are looking to create a simple but professional brochure style website to get their business online.

Our process helps you do this quickly and confidently without the overwhelm.

Some of the things you will need for your website project are:

Domain name registered,
Logo and brand guide (colour palette, fonts etc), and
Content you want included on the site.

If you don’t have a logo and brand guide already, I can provide guidance to help select a suitable colour palette as well as some font combinations to choose from. From the fonts selected, we can then also use a text logo on the website to get you started.

For your content, our Client Workbook provides guidance on the information you will need to provide to make your project a success.

If you would like me to create your new business website, then yes it will need to be built using WordPress.

I have built sites using many different platforms and find WordPress to be the most flexible for the needs of a growing business.

If you want to use a different platform, then unfortunately this package is not the right fit. You are welcome to contact me to discuss the options available for using an alternative platform when building a website.

You’ll need to be contactable throughout the day to answer questions and provide feedback. As a minimum, you will need to be available via Messenger Chat or WhatsApp during the time we have scheduled together.

This is important as your ability to make decisions will keep things moving quickly throughout your project day.

To build your new business website, there is no extra cost as we will use free quality plugins and theme that have been developed by trusted software companies.

However, there are annual costs associated with maintaining a website, as well as optional services you can choose if needed:

Domain Name: If you don’t already have one, you will need to purchase your domain name prior to your Project Day. The cost is approximately $20-30 per year depending on what domain registrar you choose.

Hosting: All WordPress websites need to be hosted. As part of this package, you will get 3 months of the Monthly Website Maintenance Plan provided so you don’t have to worry about anything to start with. After that, you will be invited to sign up for the ongoing monthly plan where we can continue to look after everything for you.

If you would rather manage your own website after the 3 months, you can also select to move your website to your preferred hosting provider.

This option is for what I sometimes refer to as a “Phase 1” build. I’m creating a digital foundation for you. This generally includes 3-5 core pages needed to get your website launched. This usually consists of a Home, About, Services/Products, Contact, and Blog (or similar types of pages). The pages must follow the same general design format.

Sometimes one phase is all that’s needed, but if you’re ready to grow your website you can book extra “digital days” or request custom web development to incorporate any advanced functionality.

When you use our booking calendar, you will be able to pay via credit card with Stripe as the Payment Processor.
